FAQ

  • What do we do?

Top companies are outsourcing their call volume through Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise then outsources to companies like ANW Virtual Solutions to find the people that are working from home and connect them to the clients in need of services. You certify for the company you choose to provide your services to and start taking inbound customer service calls from your home.

Think of it as your own call center at home. You choose who you provide services for and the pay rate is based on the client you choose. You choose how much you work, full time or part time. You manage yourself.

  • Can I work from anywhere?

You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you are able to bring your work with you.

Eligible states include: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wyoming.

  • How much can I work?

Your compensation is up to you. You choose the client that you want to service. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you!

  • How long is training?

Training times and the length of the training course is based on the client. You have the ability to choose the class time that works for you based of the clients availability.

  • Am I an employee or an independent contractor?

You will operate as an Independent Contractor (1099). You are not an employee of ANW Virtual Solutions, Arise, or the client you service. This gives you the freedom to choose which client you work for, set your own schedule, and manage your own business operations. You are entirely responsible for your own taxes.

  • What equipment do I need to get started?

To service clients on the platform, you must have a distraction-free home office setup. Mandatory equipment includes:

    • A hard-wired, high-speed internet connection (No Wi-Fi).

    • A USB headset with a microphone for training.
